Weather here was pretty drenching last night. it flooded everything. The creek is over its banks , our pond is over its banks. we have rivers & puddles in the yard and the corner of our property is flooded, flowing into the ditch out front at a rapid stream to the pond & creek. the chicken yard is a big wet mess with pools of water everywhere. Not letting the hens out today, we just cleaned to coop yesterday and it would be a big wet mess in there of they went out. I did open the window because it is suppose to be 49-50 so they will have some fresh air. Keep 'em happy we are getting 7-11 eggs a day now. We can share and bless others :) I do not know what caused such a down pour but it was a heavy rain from 10 pm and did not let up until 12 noon. Praying now it does not turn to a later snow and freeze into icy conditions with Thanksgiving weekend starting and continuing to Monday for some folks.
It was monsoon weather, spring and late fall.
prayed for farmers. if they did not get their crops in before yesterday those fields will be a mess. the farmer around us cleared his fields this past week, the ones near our home. He has more, I know, and hope he got to them too. Very strange weather this year.
Well it is what it is and I am Thankful for all the protection and grace God has extended to us this year and I am thankful to be in the company of dedicated prayer warriors as you all are. I have seen miracles this year take place. I pray for you by the lead of the Holy Spirit, knowing he will bounce this blessings back your way. If you are in the USA have a blessed Thanksgiving. If you are not, than have a very blessed weekend also. God is a faithful Father and Jesus a righteous and Loving King.
