Fasting & prayer August 16-24

For all of our husbands and family members who may be dealing with dementia, PTSD, cancer, diabetes, heart disease or any other health problems.
For all of us and any health issues that we may have.
Please pray for President Trump and his family, PM Netanyahu and his family, VP Pence and his family and all of the Christians here and in Israel, Canada and all over the world. Please pray for Pastor JD Farag, Dana and her hubby (Melvin), and all of the pastors preaching the true Word and all of those out witnessing for Christ whether out in the world or in their families or on the internet.
For all of the churches and synagogue
For all of our families and friends to come to know the Lord while there is still time. For all of us to share the gospel with all that we come in contact with or talk to on the internet. That many will be saved before the Rapture happens. And that there will be those who will remember what we said after we're gone and they come to the Lord.
For the US and Canada and all of this corona19 virus that is going out - prayers for all of us, our families, friends, Facebook friends to stay healthy and well.
Mary - Our Amish friends' Daniel & Bertha's family was in a tragic accident on a US highway last night. They were in the Amish buggy and got hit by a vehicle around 8PM. The state made the speed limit 65 in that highway because it goes north & south for tourist & cabin owners Owen, Bertha's brother & Laura, Daniel's sister have been life flighted to city near by hospital
Owen & Laura are married with several young children. Laura was operated on today and they expect her to be alright . Owen was operated on last night; he had a head injury. although the surgery went well, they expect he will not recover to his mental capacities and be in a vegetative state. Daniel told me that they have to make some decisions about him.Bertha is 8 mos pregnant and emotionally in a bad ways, Daniel was in tears when he called to ask for prayer. Please pray . God can still heal completely.
Shelley- I'm still working with a new healthy food plan to try and calm down the daily pain I'm in. So far, I can walk without limping which is HUGE. I appreciate all your prayers.

Regina - Prayer, if you feel so lead. Quietly, I had to unfollow a family member as I couldn’t stand all the negative talk about another family member. I so wanted to include and expand the circle, but in the long run it was too divisive to bear. Our enemy is roaming about seeking whom he may devour. 😢
Bren - prayers for prodigal adult daughter.... she has been gone a long time.... praying hard for her. prayers for household.... stress... tension....isolation is hard. I need prayer....for how to best handle a financial matter.Thx I need prayers...I am so bogged down...its physically making me weak and foggy in my brain...i am getting winded over nothing. I think isolating is smothering my mind maybe...not sure but i need my health...
Glenis - prayer for my cousin's husband, Roby. He was taken to the ER early part of last week with pneumonia and they found his kidneys are in failure to point of needing dialysis immediately. He was sent home a day later (you know you can't stay long with all the Covid) and were going to set up to have the port put in at home as soon as he showed better recovery from pneumonia. Well Elaine (my cousin, his wife) just notified me he is back at the ER, his potassium is extremely high and they are hoping to fast track getting that abdominal port put in so it can heal to start the dialysis. He will be staying tonight in the hospital. Roby also has heart issues along with his liver. He had a liver transplant about 5 years ago.
Debbie - -please pray for Don who has a dr. appt. tomorrow (Tuesday)morning and for her leg to stop hurting so that she can go with him.
Please pray for Randy Armstrong - just received this request from Ruth - Randy Armstrong has been in the hospital for almost two weeks with heart failure.. He has his computer but hasn’t felt like getting on it. They have taken 50+ lbs of fluid off. He had a heart cath today and the results weren’t good. His heart is very weak and barely pushing out any blood/oxygen. He still has more fluid on him so they put him back on IV diuretics and are going to give him a new Med to see if it will strengthen his heart. Please keep him in your prayers.

Lynda VanEtten This Thursday is my mom‘s CAT scan to determine how far her colon cancer has spread. She’s naturally nervous about it. They have to drive about three hours away to Roswell Park in Buffalo New York. After the CAT scan, her doctor will be in a conference call with us kids to tell us the outcome and treatment options. I’m dreading this call and fearing for the worst. I know Mom won’t live forever, but all I can do is pray. Please be praying for Mom, for God to do something about this cancer, And also for myself and my two brothers.

For a couple more of my facebook friends who have lost a parent. for one of my dear friends whose son just married his boyfriend...for Jerry the missing missionary and his family, and all missing and imprisoned missionaries. For Cathy, still recovering from her knee surgery and grieving the loss of her mother. For my nephews Caleb and Daniel, job provisions, guidance, wisdom. For Jennie and her daughter, provision and protection especially. For my son and family to draw closer to the Lord. thank you all. I think I am finally just about over the stomach issues, praise for that.
Sara - I seem to be having a major IBS flare up. I can’t eat anything without feeling awful.

This prayer is for me. I'm battling to get into the "WORD" more, but trying to pull myself away from distractions, like t.v. and phone calls of neighbors, is seeming more of a challenge now since I'm older than years ago. I know our mind is a "Battle-field" were Satan attacks us. I am praying for a healing in that area, but I need more than just me praying. Thank You.

My son John is really, really in pain. He's working everyday as much as he can, but he needs help. Help that will do a job with-out a baby sitter as he calls it. Honest people with integrity. He told me that the doctor thinks that he may have chipped a bone in his neck, also his knees are so bad, he can barely stand it when he kneels, but doesn't complain, and he has a torn "rotatory-cup" in his shoulder and cannot take time off from his own business to have it fixed. He is taking care of a family of five and he's the only bread winner. It brakes my heart but there's nothing I can do for him...

This Friday, he and his son will be leaving for Virginia to pick up his " spiritual" brother and bringing him back on Saturday if all goes well. He will be the only driver there, but Jeff can help drive back. There is so much in this situation, but I cannot say, however Our Father Jehovah knows all and much grace and mercy is needed here.

Wayne my x is a diabetic now and I am working with him, trying to get him to understand the seriousness of it. I am sending him out some  paper work to keep, for him to learn his do's and don'ts. His memory isn't greatest and I must continually remind him. Pray that he'll do what he needs to do. Just maybe this might help with his memory. 

Kathy and her son are at ends with each other. Sounds like he son may leave to live somewhere else. They've been at it for two years now, and there still is so much hurt between them both since the father divorced the mother for another. Donnie was around eighteen when all this took place and he's been on a spiral downward. I'm still praying that Kathy will submit to getting herself baptized. She was sprinkled as a baby and it wouldn't hurt for her to make her own choice for herself to go forward with her thoughts. Her own children did decide to get themselves baptized after they grew up. 

pray for Pam and Jim. Pam has something like a "golf-ball" size lump just above her belly-button, she thinks its her hernia and she told me it's pain full and she has no medical what so ever. I told her she needs to go to the hospital and stop wearing a tight wrap around herself to keep it from sticking out. I told her because she is poor like the rest of us, they should sign her to a worker and sign her up for emergency help and that should take care of the hospital bill.   Jim as a very sensitive stomach and has been throwing up on and off. They both have been under much pressure taking care of their both ailing parents.

Still praying for D.D.. She's still in need of a kidney transplant.

 Help Amiee to be able to teach the boys at home for school this year and with Johnnie's Asperger's, also we believe Jesse maybe have it too, and Joshua is autistic. Jonnie is 21, but has a mind set of a teenager and we must always remind him of simple normal everyday task. The twin boys are a lot easier to teach and control. They all know Jesus which is a good thing. Asperger's is the highest form of Autism as I understand. Still don't know a lot yet.

Keep Angie in prayer for I believe she is still grieving the lost of her mother and now her uncle too.

Pray for Jehovah's perfect will for our land and our President. Pray for the bill to be passed because so many people are hurting and hungry.  The times are changing and we all need to take a step back and chill. Trust and Believe in YWHW and know that He is alive and well and Christ Jesus is His one and only true son and believe in him as our savior.

Pray for Lidia Hostetler. she is Owens mother. Pray for the whole family and there is a lot of Troyer's and Hostetler's that are grieving. I do not know who was driving the car or if there were more than one person but pray for them also.
Pray for Bobbi and Mike under covid quarantine. The Health Dept told them they needed to separate from each other. sleep in different rooms and stay apart. Bobbi is doing on her own, therapy for her knee surgery.

Pray for Angel, she said God give her the reason for her sugar problems, he said she had INTITLEMENT ISSUES, she does not in other things but in food because she is told NO to some things. She never liked NO growing up. she is starting a new plan today and needs prayer.

Potty training for Gypsy. she is doing fairly well, House schedules with the new addition. Pray for good longer sleep time. she work at 4 this morning and did not want to go back to sleep but i did not give in until 6:30. she slept off and on.
Prayer for a good 7 hr sleep time for me. i read at night in bed after dogs go to bed, & if Gypsy wakes early, i do not get full rest.
Naz church has had a covid person. pray it does not spread. 
 i have a sinus headache  today, pray is is short lived.

visited the Amish children and took cookies, puzzles and 2 puppies to give them a break in their day and to change the mood for a little while. Seen the oldest boy with all his stitches. He says it doesn't hurt much. He must be 10 or 11.

the story on the accident is a man from a local store was driving and was in the fast lane and decided he did not need to pass anyone (there were several cars in that lane. He pulled into the slower lane where the buggy was. He did not see the buggy because she notices the beautiful sun setting. when he looked back to the road he was already upon them. All the Amish knew the man and did business with him. In fact Owen uses to do some butchering of chickens for him. The Amish feel it was just a bad accident not blaming anyone.

Owen is about the same . Laura is slowly recovering. On the recorder the brother set up to inform and update every one he asks for prayer that they will accept the Lords will concerning all of this at the same time is hopeful for a miracle.
