We have been struggling with simple things, Jim's truck, his hut and finishing the move out of old home, plus an overwhelming list of chores that grow every day. It seems the enemy likes to try and keep one over worked and exhausted. If he can't shake your faith, he will try to shake your world. But we know Jesus has overcome the world and showed us how to silence the darts of the enemy.
After much prayer God spoke to me in a dream state upon awakening. He gave us this challenge to help us overcome. Jim & i have only just begun but i felt maybe others were facing the same dilemmas we are and could benefit from this as well. i still do the Ps 103:1-5 one every night. So this one is an addition to that for me to say 2-3 times a day. i am not putting a time limit on this as i feel it may be like the Ps and become a habit for life. However, i encourage you to continue 21 days past your breakthroughs. Remember to speak it out loud so the demons will cringe and flee from your surroundings.

Ephesians 6:10-18
The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which, you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—
