For emergency times: they say on this one site: stay off your phone. OPPS... i have been texting all morning. they say the rays the come off it will increase numbers 10 times. also, to shut off wifi because it discharges rays too. calm music and breathing exercises. drink milk, coconut water and cranberry juice. hug my pets, my husband and reassuring contact touches. (Sounds like a message is in order LOL)
