Get-Use-To-Different Slaw
4 c shred fine cabbage slaw (i bought mine already shredded) or use a processer. 1/2 Red Onion processed 1 Carrot processed 1/2 Red Bell Pepper processed mix onion, carrot, & bell pepper with the shred cabbage slaw
Mix together: 1/2 c Lime juice 1/2 c Olive oil 1 tsp dried Basil 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp minced garlic (or 1 clove garlic, processed or pressed) 1/2 tsp dried ginger (or 1 inch fresh, processed)
pour over slaw and mix. set in fridge for at least 1 hour to cool
TIPS: make it your own, omit garlic or ginger, use fresh Basil, use a dif. type of onion or omit. add green pepper.
Enjoy. BTW i used garlic and ginger for health choices
