Good morning. Life on the farm is peaceful in spite of the hard work.
I bought a really nice sounding windchime but it wont move in the wind, and we have a steady stream blowing today. I have put it in several places. it sounds like church bells and did not cost much either. A Tractor Supply special. Hope I find the right spot for it to work. It has a chicken on it of course. I do love my chicken.
I have been working on my water garden. trying to clean it up. never had one before so it is all new. I got some barley pellets and we got the pump moving. and put in 7 goldfishes, we already have colorful frogs.
I planted some of my herbs yesterday and it was 93 feeling like 100. they look like they lasted thru the night ok.
I brought in a bouquet of peonies this weekend and they smell wonderful. this is the first time I ever did this and there were no ants on it. surprising cuz ants love these flowers. On my old farm in Ohio they were always infested with ants.
I have had some good Bible studies & tid bits to share later when I have some time. God has been so good to keep me in the palm of His hand during this move,
I wont be going to the old house until Thursday Jim is working late two nights and we have an obligation on Wed. I know I am going to wonder where this year went when its over!
