Hello every one, sur has been a rollercoaster since I started moving. I still need to go to the house and load a few more things. Jim has a great amount to do.
We have been stuck between two places because of the roof , the grass and everyday things at the new house. maybe you should move in the winter & pray no snow. We certainly did not anticipate spring & summer chores here. Still need to build a coop before winter here. Jim did get the chimney down to the roof line and the roofers said it would be next week before they come.. the lax in timing worked out for Jim. He just finished that project last night at dusk/dark. My car is still off & on. Jim has not figured it out yet and he is generally pretty good. Pray. it would help me get over to the other house easier. Kind of hard to go anywhere when you feel you are going to be stranded. With his long working hours I could be better help if I trusted the car.
This year at the new house amazes me every week. The green thumb of the original owners has been a blessing. I just had a hibiscus bloom out back by the deck. the deck is high so the blooms are at deck level even thought they ate 5-6 feet high. Last month there were 8ft tall yellow flowers that look like chrysanthemums blossoms but they are too tall. they came up in two different places. Never could find what they are other than TALL WILDFLOWER. Also Cornflowers in three places. still lilies blooming and the roses (5 places) are having another bloom time. Noticed a bush out front with white flowers on it today . I think they are hydrangeas. The milkweed harvest is brings lots of butterflies. This are just the highlights as there are others also. color splashes everywhere. This is a blessing. Thank you Lord for the flowers you planed for me, long before I knew it.
The house is also amazing. easy to clean. easy to get around in and my tub, whoe… it is a normal tub insert but it is a big deeper tub. I have enjoyed the Epson's salt baths. it has been a long time for me to be able to soak these old bones. It is really just a house but it is one I like. Nothing fancy just set up good for me.
I started painting a picture for the living room. it a group of tress that sit on the other side of the house with curling trunks making a nice view. I have been inspired by them a while now but just was able to buy a canvas of the right size. I will see if Jim can get a picture of the finished project and I will post it here for you to see it.
Writing the book #2 also but it is going slow. trying to keep myself busy with Jim gone so much.
Muffin is doing alright. she is losing her hearing, so I am having to be more hands on wither to give her praise & affirmations. she is eating but still very picky. happy today because I have cantaloupe. I notices wither hearing going she is needing me closer She always followed me, but now she just barks when she does not know where I went. even to the bathroom. I need a papoose carrier! she has been shaking her head , trembling today. like she was cold or frightened. I am praying she can adjust to the silence to as she has to her sight. A lot of touching. Pray for her hearing.
I have been trying to wrap my head around the Feast of Trumpets. and it is coming. I will post on it when I can explain what I am getting.
Jim just walked in so have to close. We are having hot days again mid-high 80's. Suppose to be thunderstorms Thursday & Friday.
