Kim - I am still sick with pneumonia. My husband and my 2 kids at home are sick with it too. My oldest is away at college and will be home in about a week.
Linda - Please pray for a neighbor of mine; Bridget. She is in the hospital with stage 4 cancer. She's a lovely lady but I'm not sure that she is a believer. Please most of all pray for her to come to know the Lord. Thanks.

Please pray with me for my dear sister in the Lord, Debbie's request: Please pray for my daughters friend. She has Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and some other issues that she deals with on a daily basis. Right now she is in very serious condition in the hospital with tonsillitis, ear infection, strep throat, glandular fever and ebv (mono), blood infection, infection in her tummy, Neutrophilia, low blood pressure, extremely low white blood cell count, severe dehydration and a temperature that won't break. * Have noticed a little improvement. Please keep praying!*3/11 update - Poor girl, just when they thought some improvements, I just got this...She's not getting any better. Still getting worse. And the doctors have no clue. They are starting her on her 4th type of super antibiotics.

Mary - Pray for Jim again, He fell 3 xs today working outside. the ice is really bad, he hurt his back , his right arm, & his right hip. pray he walks slower in this kind of weather. He had to go out to other house to work.
Miki M. Gain 1. I want you all to know that while I don't fast, I do pray all week for all of you. 2. Thank you for all the prayers. God has answered them left and right - a great place to live, a great job, more and more peace, provision and joy. He is amazing. Thank you for taking all these concerns to the Throne faithfully each week 3. Now for this week's round of requests...- For my son, "L" - salvation, healing, and provision. He needs Jesus, plain and simple. He also needs a social network. He's isolated himself terribly. Please pray for godly friends who will love and lift him up. And please pray he will realize that I am on his side and love him as unconditionally as a human being can. - For my daughter, "T" - salvation, grace, help in college, and peace. - For the ex-husband and his child bride - salvation. I am also asking for prayers that the Lord will NOT bless them with children. He is a pedophile and a malignant covert narcissist and will use the children to make his wife's life absolute hell. God is able to change the heart and mind of any person, and that certainly holds true for the ex, but narcissists don't want to change. Most often they glory in their ability to use people like appliances and feel no remorse in doing so. In any event, please pray for the Lord to do whatever is necessary to change him and thereby keep the new wife from suffering the subtle manipulation, gaslighting and emotional abuse I received for 20 years.

Karen Cook - That we get stronger in our faith, times are getting darker and the tendency to be afraid can take it's toll, but I keep reminding myself that God doesn't give us a spirit of fear ... that flesh is weak. From Terri - I'll be traveling back to Chicago next weekend. Safe travel is appreciated, but mostly strength for my grandkids and myself, as leaving them is never easy for any of us.

Chuck Steele - I checked into the hospital yesterday with blood pressure 260/120 and heart beat was fluctuating between 200 and 90. After hours of IVs and other medication they were giving me they were able to bring my bp down to 190/112 and my pulse rate was lowered a few points.If you have a prayer list then please put me on it and pray for me. The doctors were insistent that I spend a few days in ICU but I declined because there is no way I can afford that. I can't even afford what they did for me in the hours I was there yesterday. Eventually they caved and let me come home but not before having me sign a release form that clears them from any responsibility should anything happen to me. I turn 65 on May 2 at which time my Medicare takes effect and I'll have insurance again. Why this had to happen when I'm so close to having insurance again, only God knows the answer to that. I know this is a test for me and one which I intend to pass. God could have prevented this but He chose not to for a reason. This is somehow a part of His divine plan for me. He knows what He's doing and He knows what's best for me so I'm not going to get all depressed about it and I'm not going to worry about it. I'm going to take it a step at a time knowing full well that He is with me every step of the way. Regardless of how things turn out I know that God is always in control and His will will be done.Thank you all again for your prayers and if you think of it then please continue praying for me.
