Upon entering this topic, please know that my conviction need not be yours. Let the Lord lead you & your family in a way the will honor Him as He directs.
Focus on the Family has written a short statement of what the Sabbath means to the them.

What spoke out to me is the part where He said "The first thing you need to understand is that Sunday is not simply a Christian version of the Jewish Sabbath or Day of Rest. Far from it." Basically I took this as not to confuse the Sabbath with The Lords day or the Day of Rest as mentioned in Hebrews. The article also stated the early Christians probably kept both. (as they still do now in Israel) Then he tells what they do a FOF and feel ok about it at this time.

Requires you to sign up for the free magazine to finish the article. I did it, Basically the writer found a way to keep it. She disregarded the Friday night Sabbath beginnings as stated in Jewish Law, & went for a Saturday night observance into Sunday practices.
We also have the Community of Christ (a break off of the LDS), the United Church of God, The Seventh Day Adventist, and probably others, like Messianic Jewish Churches who keep the Sabbath as it was traditionally taught. And are very strict in their ideas to do this. (you can look them up and read, most are lengthy)
I think in Keeping the Sabbath Holy, we must be convicted & have a clear conscience on what the Lord is instructing you to do. It was a 7th day meant for mans rest, Because God rested. It probably should encompass a meal & relaxation, a focus on the Godhead. A kindness & giving towards others in the Body of Christ. Worship & Praise. I think we should lay aside busyness and going certain places during this time. Like stores or watching secular news Or shows. Do no Business at this time. Or work (unless you lamb falls in the ditch, or you need to pick some food to eat). I think if you are a person with a job requiring you to work on weekends your Sabbath can be during the week. It is a time to refresh physically, spiritually and Honor God.
The Christians in Israel honor Friday to Sat night. Have Sat night off and then Sunday go to church and do some outreach things in the afternoon.
You pray & chose what works for you. God knows. In being consistent, you will keep the 4th commandment.
