I heard a teaching on bad foods done by a doctor. I don't want to post his presentation because there is always a product to buy at the end. Many of us are not in the financial situation to increase a lot of high cost health cure supplements in our diet. (If you can and are interested it was suggested by Joel from the Paleo Diet by Dr. Gundry for your personal search.)
Soy was the #1 toxin and he said not to eat anything with soy. The other 2 were Goji Berries and Wheat Grass. He did use the word TOXIC and hurts us.
He mentioned these were good for us: Probiotic's (which I already take since I had IBS & proven to be every helpful to me) Then he mentioned red, blue & purple berries being very helpful to our arteries and digestive areas. He was telling information while presenting ingredients for our low energy problems. So if you have suffered low energy you may want to incorporate these into your diet in some form, supplements or eating them more regularly.
He did mention that low energy is not an aging problem but more of a fuel problem.

I did have another thought on energy. If we are worried about weight issues and try to eat according to these facts. We may overlook some energy-good-fuel to put in our bodies that will help in gaining energy. Which if we do not have energy, it only adds to our weight problem in the end. Balance may be the key. Something to talk over with God who knows your personal body and what it needs to function properly. Be blessed and know you are perfect in everyway. God does not make junk.
