It has been a while since I found a moment to just write. Sorry. Today I am pushed a little also even though my hubby had to work today on the week end. Yet I have to go in search of my passport. I will be tearing my whole bedroom apart from every corner. pray I find it.
The weather has been mild again. It got up to 38 yesterday and will be 36 today. tomorrow somewhat colder in mid-20's but then back up in to the 30's the next few days. According to the farmers almanac it is suppose to be like this until mid-Jan then drop colder. I will take what I can get :)
The chickens enjoy it warmer :) and Muffin will today since she got a short haircut yesterday. Praying it grows a little faster, It had to be cut extra short because of my bathing her & it matting up on me. I think it matted because I did not comb her out but cuddled her in a towel. she whimpered so much through the bath I felt bad & just held her. I don't know how to get over her whimpering at times. I certainly do not want her stressed out. She is still sleeping this morning (noon0, Yesterday was a hard day with the groomer, as you have seen in my prayer thread. In fact she had a few hard days with pottying as well. but I am thinking once she is rested today will be better. I still have to trim her feet and head. She would not allow Grace to do a good job. but I wont do mess with her for a couple of days until she is back to feeling better. Maybe I will call her the old name Ragamuffin! :) Pray again that she will eat more and anything I give her, she is so picky these days. She was eating 4-6 times a day before her impacting episode. thought she would have gained some weight those past 3 weeks, but after looking at her with no hair, she looks pitiful. So very thin and frail, deprived looking. (tear) I hope she can gain some weight, not just a fur coverup. Thanks for all the prayers for her you have given for her health and such. God has blessed us both. Muffin is now over 15 years. In doggie life that is about 105, wow she is entitled to be picky and obstinate. but I still could use her to eat whatever I sit in front of her. for her own good. Thanks again.
I have not worked on my 2nd book in a long time. maybe 2020 will be better for this, as I cant seem to get diligent enough for it.
I have done some painting. It feels good to have the project finished in a few days. Where a book takes months & years.
We are staying home for ChristMas. Praying we can invite some one to the house for dinner. Someone who has not a place to go & share the holiday. Pray we will find these people so God can bless them with a free meal & gift. We were invited to a brunch but not sure if we are going to accept yet. depends on Muffin if she is up to us leaving.
Linda, MammaDee, and everyone else, how are things in your neck of the woods? Whats has been keeping your busy?
Well I have to get moving here, if I do not get back here before ChristMas & Chanukah. Have a blessed season. May Christ warm your hearts and light your path.
