I have managed my husbands health heart since we married. his parents had heart related problems so it led me to look at this idea of Keto & Heart. if you are interested.
I like the advise given on the first one because it brings a balance in my thinking. not too much saturated fats. I am a cheese person and it is easy for me to grab a piece of cheese. I am rethinking this now. Also we have increased our red meat weekly on Keto so I am going to back off to 2x's a week with that also. I have been having problems eating chicken lately, it feels heavy on my stomach. maybe I should only eat a smaller portion. Anyways a adventure for changes to take place.
