Its been quiet here, just waiting for Jim's surgery date. He has been pushing himself and it has been hurting. my washer broke and I know he will try to fix it before he has to go. He has two alike and will be taking the wash tub out of one and putting it in the other. praying it is not heavy and he can do it simply, he wants us to have a washer when he goes in for surgery. no added house complications. Just like the devil to toss a wrench in the mix. 

Weather has been wonderful. in the 50's . but Wednesday it is suppose to start a 3 day snow fall . I do not know how much is coming, maybe none (hopeful)  but praying we get very little. Doc, told Jim absolutely no snow shoveling. It started to rain a few mins ago but  temps ae not to get below 40. Chickens happy.


Hard to get into much Christmas spirit waiting... wish you all lived closer we could encourage each other on. and have Christmas dinner together. i'd invite the whole forum if we lived close!

I have been  my gifts this year. have 5 more to go. I took them in for my instructor to look at and she did not have much to tell me to improve on only mentioned some shading in one  on two trees. easy fix. so I guess the gifts will be ok. I have painted 7 already. then I am crocheting some bags to give with them. to put some snacks in. Men liked eating stuff.  so its like a smaller version of the stocking idea (only not shaped as a stocking)

Again I am sorry it did not show up that you posted this. wonder why? or I am just blind!
