I recently was asked what to do if you have blood in the stool. The person did not have insurance and did not do doctors to get a professional opinion. A doctor would suggest other ways to determine the problem, and i suggest any of you having this problem seek a professional. It is important to not let this slide. You should be somewhat aggressive in your actions about it. It may not be serious now but could turn into something you do not want to have to face later.
Yet for this person, i told what i did and i did have interaction with a professional, yet i tend to take some matters on my own. if it did not clear up i would have went on with His plan. i did walk with him on a few suggestions of testing.
This is what i did and it healed my insides.
*take 1 T coconut oil before bed.
*I took Glutamine for several months twice a day because i read it heals the inside digestion track. It comes in pills and powder for smoothies. (forgot price. but the powder is more than pills because it is used for boosting workouts.)
*I took 1-2 T of psyllium fiber. a day. (cost about 15$ for a 14 oz container), it is loose and this is ok if you put it in something like smoothies. You may be able to uses something else for fiber but you must add fiber to your diet because it cleans the system. Psyllium is the best. may come in tablet also??
*Eat more veggies, broccoli, cabbage's, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts,
*limit meat intake to 4 oz a day for a man. or even skip a day. i limited it to 2-3 oz when i was healing.
Stay away from licorice or ginseng because of not being good for high Blood Pressure
Here are some links that i think will inform you. i did the fetal test and later if found out that it will come back positive in most cases because there can be often a slight bleeding in our system which will make it positive.
i would look at this one first because it will ease your mind better.
