Hello everyone. isn't the Lord wonderful. He continues pouring his blessing upon us. We have looked at many homes, still looking and doors open & close. presently we are looking at 2. one sits in another town 45 minutes from here, it is intriguing to move and start fresh in a new area. the other one in more luxurious in my book even though it is an older ranch home. It sits 7 minutes from our present home. which would be good to wok on this house being so close. they both have advantages & disadvantages so we need the Lord to guide our steps.
have to finish this tomorrow. Jim is needing something , sorry
looks like no one has read this yet so I am safe to go from here :)
We like the house close to our present home. I like it faster than Jim, he wants to know more details and will be going over on wed to check under the house and do some looking around more closely. (which is a good thing to do) I felt very comfortable in the home and it is not so luxurious, so that is a good thing. they use magic camera to make home more saleable. But even at this , it looks nice and tidy and very well set up. it is a place I could continue to house guests for short times or house them for longer times it needed. Angel could stay for visits and not feel uncomfortable. Most of all I really feel this is a God thing, He said "closer to town" when we were looking in other towns, & country sides of them. so I stuck to the ones that were not in the countryside and just looked at the ones closer in, Now finding this one by accident, Maybe He meant CLOSER IN THIS TOWN! Which could mean He is not finished with us here yet. So we will still need guidance where He wants us to fellowship at.
pray it does not rain tomorrow as jim is looking over the property
If you think about it say a prayer of peace over Jim as he moves through this transaction. He does not like to move fast, it scares him to think he can make the wrong decision. But as much as I have been praying, I know God had one already picked out and I know you do not have to look at 100 homes to find His one. Also pray if God is not saying this one there is a giant slam the door shut but if it is where He wants us it is a open all the way door with no obstacles.
update on Muffin. she is not eating the dog food the vet prescribed. made her some spaghetti yesterday and she ate 3 times. but so far nothing today to intrigue her. she also is showing her age, sleeping alot and skinny old, gets colder & shivers so I have to keep her in warm clothing. she also has been getting anxious in the car again, she will not settle down and even barks. it does not matter if I am driving or holding her. she use to have this problem when she was younger. I thought it was our old car, since we bought this one she has been perfectly fine until now. maybe she has dementia, I always wondered when we found her 10 years ago, if she had been in a car accident, she was not far from the freeway and her tail was healed but had been busted in 3 and grown back together, her coat was matted so bad, it was like she was warring a thick wool coat. and she had one eye damaged. If she is having some dementia maybe she is going back to those days. I use to give her a pill for anxiety when we traveled. which on the upside make her hungry, but even though I have a couple left, I do not know if it will be bad for her liver. The vet wanted her not to have anything but the dog food, which isn't working. Maybe I just need to quit fretting and accept the dog she has become with age, so I can enjoy her latter years.
Even though my days are busy, I am having a wonderful peace with my Savior. I feel good and He is with me, its awesome ,

Marrying a younger man make you feel you are younger too ! Now he is catching up and sees things from a different perspective also.
I need comfort tonight. my husband was suppose to call to make the offer this morning but he got it in his head he did not need to do it until after ,which was him getting home at just before 5pm the deadline given. He called and told her we were coming in, Unfortunately by then the owner took the low offer by the other person & made a counter offer . so now we have to wait to see if the other buyer accepts the counter offer. Probably will not know nothing until sat.
