March 1st
i have been asking the Lord to tell me about what is happening these days in America and around the world. So many are sad and confused by things not looking to turn out the way they have thought, on their timing. With some hints of fear for what we may be facing. Yet we can give those fears to God, knowing He has a plan and either way we will come out winners. He is our strength and our hope.
The first passage of scripture i posted before, i read from a variety of Bibles in my studies so this is why they are in different translations. This is what he has given me and knowing He has shared the following with me gives me great peace. i hope it brings peace to your spirits as well..
I read this in the New Jerusalem Bible, it can also be found in any Catholic Bible where i got it from Gateway. The Book of Wisdom.
There is nothing new under the sun.
Wisdom 11:15-12:11 New Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition
Punishment of the Wicked
15 In return for their foolish and wicked thoughts, which led them astray to worship irrational serpents and worthless animals, you sent upon them a multitude of irrational creatures to punish them, (my Jerusalem Bible said "Mindless Reptiles' i thought of lizards)
16 so that they might learn that one is punished by the very things by which one sins.
17 For your all-powerful hand, which created the world out of formless matter, did not lack the means to send upon them a multitude of bears, or bold lions,
18 or newly-created unknown beasts full of rage, or such as breathe out fiery breath, or belch forth a thick pall of smoke, or flash terrible sparks from their eyes;
19 not only could the harm they did destroy people, but the mere sight of them could kill by fright.
20 Even apart from these, people could fall at a single breath when pursued by justice and scattered by the breath of your power. But you have arranged all things by measure and number and weight.
God Is Powerful and Merciful
21 For it is always in your power to show great strength, and who can withstand the might of your arm?
22 Because the whole world before you is like a speck that tips the scales, and like a drop of morning dew that falls on the ground.
23 But you are merciful to all, for you can do all things, and you overlook people’s sins, so that they may repent.
24 For you love all things that exist, and detest none of the things that you have made, for you would not have made anything if you had hated it.
25 How would anything have endured if you had not willed it? Or how would anything not called forth by you have been preserved?
26 You spare all things, for they are yours, O Lord, you who love the living.
12 For your immortal spirit is in all things.
2 Therefore you correct little by little those who trespass, and you remind and warn them of the things through which they sin, so that they may be freed from wickedness and put their trust in you, O Lord.
The Sins of the Canaanites
3 Those who lived long ago in your holy land
4 you hated for their detestable practices, their works of sorcery and unholy rites,
5 their merciless slaughter of children, and their sacrificial feasting on human flesh and blood. These initiates from the midst of a heathen cult,
6 these parents who murder helpless lives, you willed to destroy by the hands of our ancestors,
7 so that the land most precious of all to you might receive a worthy colony of the servants of God.
8 But even these you spared, since they were but mortals, and sent wasps as forerunners of your army to destroy them little by little,
9 though you were not unable to give the ungodly into the hands of the righteous in battle, or to destroy them at one blow by dread wild animals or your stern word.
10 But judging them little by little you gave them an opportunity to repent, though you were not unaware that their origin was evil and their wickedness inborn, and that their way of thinking would never change.
11 For they were an accursed race from the beginning, and it was not through fear of anyone that you left them unpunished for their sins.
In these passages is seen how God is not quick to punish, even those who worship satan and preform his practices. God knowing they will not turn to him still gives them chance to repent. he rains on the just and unjust alike.
Today i was given this passage (again) God gave me these verses before corona hit us. He gave it to me again from a friend in Canada today and when i went to it, i seen the note i have written beside the verses. i was blessed freshly to know He had told me these things before they come about on the scene of life, even if in my sheep-like state of mind i had forgotten.
This was in my New King James Bible. Psalm 37:34-40.
34 Wait on the Lord,
And keep His way,
And He shall exalt you to inherit the land;
When the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
35 I have seen the wicked in great power,
And spreading himself like a native green tree.
36 Yet he passed away, and behold, he was no more;
Indeed I sought him, but he could not be found.
37 Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright;
For the future of that man is peace.
38 But the transgressors shall be destroyed together;
The future of the wicked shall be cut off.
39 But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord;
He is their strength in the time of trouble.
40 And the Lord shall help them and deliver them;
He shall deliver them from the wicked,
And save them,
Because they trust in Him.
Amen Lord! With these two passages i can see what Gods will is for our country and for the earth. We can stand with Him.
Adding this part here also that i had posted in the prayer room this week:
Listening to CPAC Yesterday, i looked up CPAC on line to get a better understanding of the group. i seen that for years this group "CPAC" have been involved in different countries proclaiming freedom. The governments of those countries have not been in support of them because CPAC went against the NWO agenda. But the people in these other countries started seeing what was coming and began standing up for freedom in their countries. This is why other countries were so interested in Trump winning the election. This got me to thinking, what does our Bible say about freedom. After reading the following verses, It seems to me that God want us to be free and live peaceable with each other. But more than our personal freedoms, we were also to be free from the devil and sin. Freedom covers what God wants for us. You decide... and pray for freedom this week.
Galatians 5:1
Christ has liberated us to be free. Stand firm then and don’t submit again to a yoke of slavery.
Leviticus 25:10
You are to consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim freedom in the land for all its inhabitants. It will be your Jubilee, when each of you is to return to his property and each of you to his clan.
Leviticus 26:13
I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, so that you would no longer be their slaves. I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to live in freedom.
Galatians 2:4
This issue arose because of false brothers smuggled in, who came in secretly to spy on the freedom that we have in Christ Jesus, in order to enslave us.
Galatians 5:13
For you were called to be free, brothers; only don’t use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.
Luke 4:18
The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim freedom to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed,
