as an encouragement to me I am posing this here again. Hope it encourages others also
There are times in your life, where you have to wait. And, this waiting time, sometimes may get frustrating. But, this is the most crucial time and you should be careful to seek the Lord and wait on Him. For the bible says, “For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land” (Psalm 37:9).
Not knowing my circumstances, I received this note from Pastor Peter today. The day I was downhearted. The note finishes with this:
As you wait with patient faith, God will bless you abundantly. He will fulfill all your needs. Even in this life you will have the most of real enjoyment, and in the ages to come God will make you triumphant. It’s all because you didn’t take up things in your hand and surrendered to God and trusted His ways of working in your life. And the word of God says, “Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore, He will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!” (Isaiah 30:18). Today, as you happily wait on the Lord, expect great things to happen in your life. God is watching over you and He will give you a triumphant life.

Today we found out the person accepted the owners counter. so the house is now in contract. we went looking at 6 houses today and none were good fits. on house was on an off the grid road, dirt road and muddy with deep ruts. Praise the Lord we made it ok. we spoke with the man of the home. he was just caretaking the place with his wife. Her uncle owed the home. a real nice man. he's been caretaking is wife as well. she fell out of a tree 2 years ago and became a paraplegic. her name is Tammy. The have to leave this backwoods home to go to a big city downstate for her doctoring. The mail man will not even deliver mail to this area, however he said UPS and FedX would. It was a bit too far out for Jim to make it into work. He could be stranded for 3 days in the winter before the plows come down the street. I do not think his boss would like that !
we came home and discovered another home just put on the mkt. This one has 2 bedrooms up but a master bedroom down and a den besides the liv, din, kit & laundry Plus 2 bathrooms. I do not have to go up & down every day but family could come & stay up. the den would work if I needed it for Angel. it is a little over the top of our budget, praying if we like it they would take a fare offer. Trusting God. a realtor is trying to show it to us tomorrow afternoon. will let you know more after we see it. it sits on 7 & 1/2 acres with an old barn and a new garage with workshop and an upstairs . pretty nice for Jim. well MAYBE....
all I know is God is in control of it all,
