Gee waiting on an answer is not easy for me. I am a pretty patient person but I find that unknown decisions are hard on me. I make them quick and simple with prayer. My Honey however likes to take days before he has a decision. to him waiting is normal. to me its delimitating. I cannot get anything done. I am worthless. seems any answer is better than no answer. LOL. Yet I am not fearful about this home. we have all prayed and I am expecting miracles. yet waiting......

It is snowy again. we received 3 inches yesterday and they say we could get 4 today, and it is suppose to continue to snow til 5 pm tomorrow. the time of our deadline answer on our offer. The up side of this snow is... Maybe with snow people will not feel like going to the house or looking at it. The people who own it live downstate. 32 outside now. the report is only to be another 1-2 inches accumulated over that time. then it will be in the high 30's melting everything.

OH MY JUST came in ... the owner countered offer for 8,000 more than our offer. I will wait to see if Jim agrees. still praying. I think they are meeting us over half way. like they dropped 11,900. now prayer needed for the financial end of things to fall into place. nervous! LOL

We are pre approved.

now for the inspector check up.

I keep asking God about the farm land and use of hard chemicals but he has reassured me we will not be moving anywhere to do us harm. he would not let it happen. so I am trusting Him.

Pretty soon we may be asking for lots of prayer. strength & stamina to move!

Asking for the financial part today. As Jim seeks out how he can accomplish what his plans are to secure help in our retirement years. Also asking that they do not rush us faster than Jim can get these ducks in a row. so that everything works out. Need God to continue to be in the middle of this move.

I have to admit, it will be nice to plant a garden that has sun & things will grow. Hope I am still up for it LOL

Sure wish the snow days will go away again. it is 33 and going down to 17 tonight. BOOOO
