"OUR FAITHFUL GOD, HOW TO CONQUER YOUR FEARS, WHEN HUMAN STRENGTH FAILS, TRUSTING HIS WILL, GOD'S WILL AND PRAYER, and BUILDING to LAST FOREVER with JEHOVAH GOD".
READ: (HEBREWS 13:5-9, PSALM27: 1-3, 2 SAMUEL 11, PSALM 51, NEHEMIAH 1, 1 CORINTHIANS 3:11-15).
I AGREE, IN TROUBLE TIMES WE MAY BEGIN TO THINK THAT JEHOVAH GOD DOESN'T CARE or HAS FORSAKEN US, but that's not true at all! If you and I trusted Christ as our Savior, He promises never to desert or abandon us. No-matter how you and I may feel. We should know and understand that Jehovah God is always with us. As great as this promise is, we have yet another foundational truth on which to rely on. We can fully trust whatever our Savior says because " Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, and forever". He doesn't save us one day, then decides to abandon us down the road. Jesus said, " Everything the Father gives ME will come to ME, and the one who comes to ME I will certainly NOT CAST OUT". HE affirmed this same truth, saying that NO ONE can snatch us out of HIS or the FATHER'S hands.
If you and I think that the LORD JESUS has suddenly abandoned us (that's wrong), because we must be walking by SIGHT and not by FAITH. The reality is that we are the ones wavering, but JESUS AND his promises have not ever changed. He has always been, providing for our needs, and working for our good in every situation.
But let me tell you some truth about me, (maybe you too?) in spite of all my knowledge and studying the WORD, when it comes down to real "HUMANESS" I still get scared. Believe what you want, I'm human too, just like you are.
When fear begins to sink in, that's when I begin to pray harder, study longer and read my BIBLE more intently. I decided a very long time ago that I wouldn't let fear stop me for what Jehovah G0d has called me to do for HIM. ( I don't always get it right, but I won't let fear stop me). BUT FIRST , before I take a stand against fear, I have to, (must) admit it is there daunting me. That's the KEY to conquering feeling anxiety (fear).
I imagine do you , on occasion, may feel frightened too-entirely of not knowing the outcome?
Whether of failure, ridicule, loneliness, or something totally different entirely. THERE IS NO SHAME in ADMITTING YOU'RE AFRAID. GOD wants to cast out fear and doubt in our lives.
Are you finally willing to go before the Lord JESUS and admit your afraid?
Jehovah God always provides us an escape route whenever we are tempted. But what happens when we refuse to take the help and instead implement our own ideas? Eventually, our human strength fails, and we give in to temptation. We may want to consider the company we keep, Places we go, choices we make as relatively harmless. But later, after we've succumbed to temptation, we're filled with regret. ASK the LORD JESUS now, today for the discernment gift to recognize the temptations in front of you and the strength to take HIS, way to escape. ( Ask HIM to cover your back when you don't get it right). I do all the time, and believe me, I'm glad HE does.
You do know as humans- Christians alike would love to feel as though we're in control, able to influence outcomes by the actions they take. And to a degree, that's true. BUT when things don't go according to our plan, many times we refuse to accept the outcome and blame someone else for our own foolishness. We will fight for our idea of how things should be. regardless of what ( or whom ) it will cost us. This certainly isn't a peaceful approach (or right) to life living.
True peace comes admitting the truth to ourselves and accepting the responsibility for our own actions, and ONLY when we can trust GOD JEHOVAH and recognize how little (if any) control we actually have. (NOT ONLY OVER DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES, BUT OVER GOOD ONES TOO). YOU do realize genuine peace we long for comes through submission.
Do you remember how JESUS prayed, the grief HE felt, hoping there was a different way to accomplish HIS mission, BUT THEN HE SAID," Not MY will, but YOURS be done" (Luke 22:42).
LET THIS BE OUR, YOURS AND MINE ATTITUDE AS WELL, AS WE REMEMBER THE ONLY WAY TO BE TRULY FREE IS TO TRUST GOD'S PERFECT AND LOVING WILL FOR US.
Remember, He uses our prayers to work out His will in us. He has chosen to allow us to participate in the achievement of His divine plans through our prayers. Although we may not see answers when we do pray, none the less He still wants all of us to keep present our needs and believe that He'll respond in the right time for you, for me. It will always be in His time, the right time. I know it's hard having "BLIND" faith. And remember when we do pray as we should, the HOLY SPIRIT helps our weakness be interceding for us according to GOD's will (ROMAN 8:26-28). The life we create is useful to God only if it is consistent with JESUS Christ foundation. He is the architect and the Bible is the blueprint for successful living, and it's in OUR, YOURS AND MINE to follow those plans HE gave us.
GOD BLESS, HOPE YOU INJOYED THIS BIT OF KNOWDLEDGE, AND LOVE. STAY SAFE. MOMMADEE
