Boy what a long day friends. The bank was an hour away but we have our car with them. They made it SO VERY EASY and we signed on with them. Now for the final run. they will send an appraiser out to the house. As soon as that's done we can finalize the deal. wow we almost have a downstairs bedroom! Hooray! Now the hard laborious stuff. packing and moving. Its not a done deal yet but sure looks like it will be. Thank you so much for the prayers
Cold northern winds are blowing. It is 33 but it does not feel like it. Least we do not have snow ..... sorry guys! Linda, you and others have got some. stay warm.

So happy to hear that the bank made it easy - praying that the appraisal goes well and that it gets finalized. Yep, we got about 7 or 8 inches today and it was cold and windy today. It's stopped now and is supposed to be clear and warmer tomorrow so it shouldn't be around long, at least I pray that they are right about that! Electric stayed on so that was an answer to prayer! Sleep well and I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Hope you (linda) have recovered from your snow storm. tomorrow it will be the coldest predicted for 2 weeks ahead. It will only be 31 but all nest week it will be high 30's and mid 40's and the following week 40's more than 30's I am ready and pumped for some 40 weather LOL. just need to break out of the 30's and put all the snow behind us.
I am feeling really good about the house now. Looks like things are moving right along. the insurance has to approve it and the appraiser needs to give a appraisal then its is scheduled to the bank.
Jim also found out if he borrowed anything on his 401k he could make a withdrawal after Jan. in which he could pay it off. so tight til Jan but not impossible. praying the market hold for another year.
I could use motivation & energy prayers.
having some wonderful talks with the Lord these days. Feel like both home & soul is getting a complete cleansing. Passover is coming soon. no yeast in our bread to produce more sin.
