I TOOK A RECEIPT AND CHANGED IT, TO MAKE IT MY OWN.
1 POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF 1 SMALL ONION DICED 1CLOVE OF GARLIC OR 1/2 TEASPOON OF GARLIC-POWDER 3 TABLE SPOON'S OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 2 TEASPOONS OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 1 CUP OR BEEF OR CHICKEN BROTH (THEY BOTH WORK) 2 CUPS OF HEAVY CREAM 1/3 CAN OF MUSHROOM SOUP 1 TABLE SPOON OF PARSLEY. 1 TABLE SPOON OF "BUTTER" SALT&PEPPER TO TASTE
BROWN GROUND BEEF TILL SLIGHTLY DONE, THEN DRAIN THE MEAT/(OR WASH OFF THE MEAT FOR HEART PATIENT'S) TO RID THE FAT. REPLACE MEAT BACK INTO PAN AND ADD ONION'S, GARLIC AND STIR MEAT UNTIL ONIONS ARE ALMOST COOKED, ADD THE FLOUR & 1/3 CAN OF MUSHROOM SOUP, HEAVY CREAM, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SALT&PEPPER, STIR UNTIL FLOUR IS MIXED IN & BRING TO A BOIL. THEN AS SOON AS IT BOIL'S, REDUCE THE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. FINALLY STIR IN THE PARSLEY AND LET IT SIT 2-3 MINUTE'S, THEN SERVE OVER COOKED "EGG" NOODLES, OR MIX THE EGG NOODLE'S INTO THE SAUCE AND SERVE THAT WAY (YOUR CHOICE). OPTIONAL: IF YOU HAVE MUSHROOM'S ADD THEM. HOPE YOU'LL LIKE IT.
