THE GUIDE POST, " GOD is WITH US".
EVERYONE, AT some time in their lives, deals with a crisis. For some, the crisis is overwhelming: a hurricane; a devastating fire; a tragic car accident. For others, crises are more intimate: the death of a loved one; the disappointment of a dream; a setback at work.
No matter their size, crises can make people feel like GOD has abandoned them. How could GOD allow this to happen, they wonder? If you're feeling that way right now, don't worry. You're not alone. A common reaction to crisis is fear of abandonment. I have lost everything, you think. No one can help me now.
Well, I have good news for you. You have not lost everything. And someone can help you: GOD. GOD did not cause your crisis to happen. But even as you read this, He is right beside you, waiting patiently for you turn to HIM. That might seem hard to believe. But it is true. And if you let yourself believe it, even just a little bit at first, you will find that your impossible-seeming situation has a solution. For with GOD, all things are possible.
The Bible tells us that a person who turns to GOD "shall not be afraid of evil tidings. HIS heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD." With GOD, you will not only overcome your crisis, you will emerge intellectually, emotionally and spiritually fortified. Just remember". "GOD is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble". The crises you face right now may seem daunting. But GOD will see you through it. He will give you hope for a new day.

IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO PAUSE every now and then to evaluate our spiritual development. Although we will experience different phases of faith throughout life, our goal should be to continue growing. Which phase sounds like you?
HESITANT FAITH is characterized by struggling to believe GOD: We hope HE'LL answer our prayer, but we're just not sure. Sometimes doubts creep in because we're looking at the situation, not at the LORD and HIS WORD. Or maybe out problem is that we just don't know what GOD has said in the Bible, so we have no real anchor.
COURAGEOUS FAITH involves stretching to believe the LORD more and more. Christians in this phase take steps to follow GOD and discover HE is faithful to HIS WORD.
PERFECT FAITH is characterized by resting in the LORD, with confidence in HIM and a heart aligned with HIS WILL. We are thankful as we watch HIS promises become a reality. Though we hope to practice this kind of faith every day, we won't truly perfect it in this lifetime.
No matter which description best fits your faith today, the best way to grow is by regularly feeding on the WORD of GOD. Cling tightly to HIS PROMISES.

Dear Friends,
Summer is coming to an end and the season is once again about to change. Along with change come new sets of circumstances and challenges that we all will face- some to welcome, and others to avoid. Nevertheless, there is no cause for alarm because we are born of GOD and safe in HIS arms. Sure, we're living in the last days, which may mean more surprises for us, but let's not forget that there is nothing hidden from the LORD. No matter what's coming down the road, HE already knew about it long ago and is happy to lead HIS children around every obstacle to safety.
Remember HIS sheep know HIS voice and their steps are ordered by HIM. So, wherever HE goes, we go too! (John 10;27 {KJV} ).
I don't know how much of the news you follow, but with the pandemic still at hand, the inevitable move for mandatory vaccinations and face masks, limited entry into supermarkets and various places worldwide without current documents verifying your vaccination status; unrest in the middle east as the Taliban takes over Kabul, and thousands of refugees fleeing Afghanistan for their lives, it sure is nice to know that our Heavenly Father is GOD-ALMIGHTY GOD!
Jesus is still Kings of Kings and Lord of Lords. HE is expecting to return very, very soon to gather HIS bride! So really, to tell you the truth, no matter which way the world affairs shift, it's nice to know that we are the ones that HE loves the most! HE hasn't forgotten us nor abandon us. Soon and very soon HE's coming for those who are looking for his return.
