It is officially spring 
since March 21st!
Snowed another 2 inches last night....
in need of comfort!
35 presently and dropping to 14 tonight. Tomorrow only reaching 31, More snow coming today they say.. .. cold looks to be hanging out here until next Wed. then take another 10 degree upward swing . Maybe this time it will hold and not go backwards. I am so read for the real spring to stand up.
This year has been an arena of teasing. In fact for the past 2 years. you get cold days then warm days then back to cold , then back to warmer ones. It has not mattered if it was Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. Just a continual rollercoaster of weather. It has been hard to plan many things too far in advance. I think it has been this sporadic about every where. Almost as if the earth was shaking from one zone into the next. Oh my .... I know God is still in control and He will help us endure these strange elements. Did it not say somewhere in the Bible where the Lord would smite the summer house with the winter house and visa versa? If you know where this is at I would love for you to post it. I read it once (I THOUGHT) but cannot seem to find it.
Today I read how God's word was faithful to David in spite of Solomon's betrayal. Even when 10 tribes were given to Jeroboam God still left 2 to David's line.
Doesn't it amaze you how God could just wipe us off the face of the earth for our continuous mess ups of mankind and how often we as believers stumble and get things off track in our mini-worlds because we do not know better. Due to cultures and lack of God-fearing holy teachers. Yet His word remains true because of Jesus. Because we trust Him for our change. He is the author and finisher of our faith. He is the one to bring us all under authority of the Kingdom. Jesus can and will do this if we believe and are willing to stay on the potters wheel. God is faithful, He will bring us to where He designed us to be. We are His children, His eyes are always upon us teaching us through the Holy Spirit to be Christ-like. Just as Jesus was in the line of David and apart of God plan for redemption to come to us, We are in the Line of Christ and apart of God's plan for redemption to be shown to the world. and this will go on until Christ returns.
It does not matter what church denomination you attend, I believe God has infiltrated all the Churches proclaiming Christ. And at the Banqueting Table , we will all be surprised what we got wrong when He sets us straight. Until then be KIND to one another, Jesus said He who is for us is not against us.
Well friends this is my thought for the day. I pray it blesses you as it has me to be able to share it .
