i have had some health issues that's not always been the best, showing me warning signals of something not so good happening. Things that i can deal with by foods. My digestive system seems to be my weaker spot.
i am looking to incorporate the foods i listed in the Build White Blood Cells in Health Tips room.
Along with these i am drinking more teas, mostly green tea. they say you can keep your pancreas problems at bay with 3 cups of green tea a day. when i stated this it seems to help any signals subside. so going to continue this as my daily regiment. i have been drinking it after my meals and it feels like it is doing something right in my digestion area.
i also have tried to limit my meals to about 1 1/2 cups of food for 2 meals. also i eat 4-6 times a day. the others are a 1 cup meals or what ever food i am eating.
i also try to chew my food in my mouth until it is liquid before swallowing.
Doing all of this for about 6 weeks has dropped my weight gradually about 10 lbs. so that is always a plus, but i am not doing this for weight but for my personal health.
If you have problem in your health, try looking on the internet for food that are good to correct the issues. Its is not a quick fix, but over time it can make a difference. Like my regiment for high blood pressure. i now have gone into the doctors for 2 years and my BP is perfectly normal when it use to always rise tremendously in the checking room. They would have to take it 2 and once even 3 times before i left. So think long term and start eating the right fuel for you. you would not put bad gas into your car if you want it to run optimal.
Remember God is there to help you decide what is good for you. He is the best physician. Trust his leadings. Sometime is is a quick miracle but sometimes it requires our obedience & discipline which are also good for our inner person. But He is trustworthy.
